When my family was here to help us move, they went to the children't museum in Indianapolis for a day. Here are a couple of pictures from the event.
Here are a couple of the kids.
A week or so ago we realized that our wonderlab pass was good here at the science museum of Louisville so we went to give it a try. Right now they have a Sesame Street display so Kelli was in heaven and had a great time.
Marcos has now been eating his rice cereal before bed. That little boy loves the stuff and goes to town! Maybe we will have one child that likes to eat, obviously Kelli isn't that child but there is still hope that Marcos will be a good eater.
In Louisville they have a bunch of parks next to the river, and one of them has a splash pad with a playground that we went to the other day. Here are a few pics from there.
Tuesday nights at the baseball team in Louisville you get two for one if you take a wrapper from a Kraft singles cheese package. We took one with us and ended up getting all four of us into the game for $7. Not to bad for cheap family night fun.
Yesterday Adam and Silia came down to visit and we went to Churchill Downs racetrack (where they hold the Kentucky Derby every year). I looked on the internet and it appeared that they had races that day we we decided to see. When we got there, we found out that there were no races until October but we stayed anyway. I think Brenda needs a really big hat and we need to come to the derby next year.
While in Louisville we stopped at the famous Louisville Slugger museum. That is one big bat just outside the front door!
