Today with Brenda's dad in town we decided it was a good day to have Marcos' blessing. The outfit grandma bought fit him perfectly and he was a cute little man in his mini tux. He was a little naughty before the blessing and I figured he would be one of those kids that scream through the whole thing. Luckily he was a very chill little boy the whole time and just camped out without even a whimper. What a well behaved little child, to bad it didn't last much longer cause he has had his share of pouting since his blessing. Here are a bunch of pictures from today. Enjoy!
This weekend they also opened the swimming pool so as you can imagine, Kelli wouldn't wait another day to go turn into a mermaid. Here are a few of the swimming lessons of Kelli.
Well, just so they get us excited to finally graduate, the school gave us our graduating class composite pictures. I know these didn't come out very clear since the glass on the frame is reflective, but at least you can see what is going on. Less than a year to go!!
Here are a few more pictures, just to keep the family happy. There are a few of the kids, and yesterday we also went to a state park and got a few pictures. Enjoy!!
So, here's our little project. We have noticed here in Bloomington that there are many streets with our names so we decided to take pictures of as many as we could find. We found almost everybody (some are not spelled correctly, we know, but it's all we could get). I will say, Diana gets the prize, her street is located in the rich, upscale part of town. All the houses were large and luxurious around her street. We had a GPS this weekend so we were able to locate most of these. I know there really is no point, but it did give us something to do on a Sunday afternoon. Enjoy the pictures!!
And to finish it off, on the way to Louisville, there is a really small town that makes us smile every time we see the sign. See for yourself and decide if you have ever seen another town with the same name.
Alright Grandma, you don't have to wait any longer. I won't write much, because there is to much to write, but I'll just post a bunch of pictures of the last few weeks. We went to the Bloomington speedway to watch the races, a bunch of pictures of kids, and this weekend we went to Louisville, Kentucky to find an apartment in the area and stayed the night in a hotel down there. Now we can officially say we have been to Kentucky redneck country.
